Dr Andrew O’Regan has served as Assistant Registrar, Strategic Development, at Carlow College, St. Patrick’s since January 2017. Prior to this he was the Dean of Academic Affairs at All Hallows College, Dublin. Over the past 20 years he has variously taught, lectured, researched or worked in academic management in Trinity College Dublin, the Irish Management Institute, and the Institute of Public Administration. During this time, most of his teaching and research supervision has been in the areas of nonprofit management, research methods, civil society and third sector studies, and organizational leadership.
