Nazi Concentration Camps Public Lecture to mark International Holocaust Remembrance Day

This Public Lecture on Monday January 27th at 1.45pm on campus marks International Holocaust Remembrance Day and will be delivered by historian Dr Thomas Mc Grath, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Registrar of Carlow College, St Patrick’s. The lecture will consider Nazi Concentration Camps from their foundation in 1933 to their dissolution on the defeat of Germany in 1945. The lecture will examine how these camps were run by the SS and the sufferings of those who were incarcerated in them.
