International Partnerships
Members of the Illinois Consortium on a recent visit to Carlow
Carlow College, has international partnerships with Carlow University, Pittsburgh and with St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa and with 37 community colleges throughout the Illinois Consortium.
Under these arrangements students and staff exchanges, staff to staff co-operation and institutional co-operation between Carlow, Ireland and its US partner colleges are agreed.
Every semester a new cohort of American students comes to the College and these students become immersed in the social and cultural life of Carlow through the Irish Experience Course which is specifically designed to meet their needs.
