Carlow College, St. Patrick’s is pleased to announce that is has signed an Exchange Agreement of Cooperation with Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina (United States). This new agreement was signed by Dr Luther F. Carter, President of Francis Marion University and Fr Conn Ó Maoldhomhnaigh, President of Carlow College on Monday the 15th of January 2018 in Florence, South Carolina. As part of this agreement, the educational experience and cross-cultural understanding of faculty and students at both institutions will be enhanced.
